Applying for a place at
The South Wolds Academy and Sixth Form
Admissions Policy for September 2015. Governors have committed to increasing the admissions number if necessary to ensure that every student who attends a link primary school or who has a sibling at the Academy is able to gain a place if South Wolds is their first choice school.
We are proud to serve the families from these link primary schools: Bunny, Candelby Lane, Cotgrave CofE, Crossdale, Keyworth, Tollerton, Kinoulton, Willoughby and Willow Brook. Students also attend from many other Primary Schools including Ruddington St Peters. We are also lucky to work with families outside of these areas - this currently includes students from Nottingham City, West Bridgford, Bingham and Leicestershire. We'd love to hear from you if you are interested in joining our great school - the details below will explain to you how you can get in touch with us.
"My three children have had a fantastic education at South Wolds, why on earth would anyone want any more?"
"SWA has improved year on year and this is due to the excellent teaching staff in place."
"The main choice for a lot of folk around here is between our school and private and that was an easy decision for my two sons who are already at the school (and love it and are both doing brilliantly) and I have no question that my daughter will join them in a couple of years. The staff all realise the responsibility they have and the passion and energy that I see in the school is first rate and I see this in my kids and their friends at the school"
