Test and Trace - Student
Where a student tests positive for coronavirus, having developed symptoms more than 48 hours after being in school, the school does not need to be contacted as the student would not be deemed to have been contagious while at school. In this event, parents and carers should follow contact tracing instructions provided by NHS Test and Trace. (Click on the link below to access the website).
However, if a student tests positive for coronavirus, having developed symptoms within 48 hours of being in school, please report the case via the following form.
This form should be completed for any South Wolds student who tests positive for COVID-19 and submitted on these dates:
- Friday 28th May
- Saturday 29th May
- Sunday 30th May
- Monday 31st May
- Tuesday 1st June
- Wednesday 2nd June
If a child tests positive after these dates but before school reopens on Monday 7th June then school does not need to be informed of this until the morning of Monday 7th June.
Please be assured that the school will not share the name of your child with any other parents or students.
