Test and Trace - Student
Where a student tests positive for coronavirus, having developed symptoms more than 48 hours after being in school, the school does not need to be contacted as the student would not be deemed to have been contagious while at school. In this event, parents and carers should follow contact tracing instructions provided by NHS Test and Trace.
However, if a student tests positive for coronavirus, having developed symptoms within 48 hours of being in school, please report the case via the following form.
This form should be completed for any South Wolds student who tests positive for COVID-19 and submitted on these dates:
- Saturday 13th February
- Sunday 14th February
- Monday 15th February
- Tuesday 16th February
- Wednesday 17th February
- Thursday 18th February
If a child tests positive after these dates but before school reopens on Monday 22nd February then school does not need to be informed of this until the morning of Monday 22nd February .
Please be assured that the school will not share the name of your child with any other parents or students.
