Please note the following:

• Transport is only available for compulsory revision sessions
• All booking requests must be made using the form below - please do not email or telephone with any booking requests
• All booking requests MUST be submitted before 8am on each Monday - we are unable to book taxis after this time
• If you no longer require a taxi for your child please notify us as soon as possible
• If you request a taxi for your child and they don't use it, you may be charged
• Students must go to main reception after the revision session where Mrs Sprake will ensure they take the correct taxi
